Your visits
- Initial consultation: 60 minutes.
- Follow-up consultation: 30 minutes.
- Treatment session: 30 minutes.

Sending and requesting records
Blood work reports and other records can be sent to us by fax at (732) 333-6473 or by email. Our email address is provided on request, so please call the office. You can also bring printed copies to your appointment.
To request a copy of your own medical records, contact our office. A fee may apply.
Changing or cancelling an appointment
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Call (908) 402-7301. To book a new appointment, use Schedule Appointment.

Getting here
5001 Hadley Rd, Ste 210, South Plainfield, NJ 07080. Parking is free and there is ample space. Our suite is on the 2nd floor, with elevator access. We are open Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, by appointment only. We do not take walk-ins. See Location for a map and directions.
